Here are the steps that we follow in creating a successful design:
1. Knowing ‘YOU’The initial step of our designing work is the knowledge of the project and its background details. Our user experience designer, along with the rest of the team, will conduct an Ice-Breaking Workshop to learn everything about you. This will include knowledge gaining about your company, your competitors, your plans for the future and some details about the product among others. These details will establish our approach towards your design project.
2. Knowing Your ‘USERS’ For solving a problem, we need to know the source. Therefore, before we conceptualize your product design; we conduct a thorough study of your audiences. The needs, motivations and requirements of your users are explored through some of the most advanced research tools that we possess. Techniques like personal interviews, Focus Group Discussions, surveys, user experience test, observation studies and others are put to use.
3. Generation of IdeasWe are now ready to generate ideas for your designs. We do not work individually; but, in fact assume the role of user experience architect to have your inputs and say from time to time. We work with your team and, through the process of brainstorming, creative games, mind mapping and many other activities, generate as many ideas as possible. Each idea is separately presented, evaluated against each other and finally prioritized. Eventually, the ideas which are mutually considered to be the best are selected for further processing.

Information ArchitectureEvery aspect of how the user will experience content to the flow of a particular section of your product will be presented by high level architecture maps and screen flow diagrams. Through this step, you can visualize the steps of various procedures like registration, search functionality, document upload, etc. and find out if there is any unforeseen element.
6. Sketching & WireframingAs the ideas are sorted, some of the most preferred ones by the team are visualized using pen and paper. Sketches, wireframes and storyboards are presented to have a final say on the selected ideas and concepts. This helps save time and cost during the process of design development as pen and paper sketches can be tested with the team quickly without investing much time or resources into them.
7. Interactive PrototypesWhile all of the above steps are constructive indicators about a product and its design, the final say, though, could only be had when the actual product is launched. Given the cost and time consumed in creating digital products; we establish interactive prototypes of the same to test them with your real users before launching the final product. The feedback for the same is then used constructively to fine-tune the product.
